4 good-sized sweet potatoes, boiled,
peeled and mashed.
Add to potatoes and whip:
4 tbs. EACH: butter, brown sugar,
cream or milk
dash nutmeg
8-10 marshmallows
Corn flakes
Form balls of this mixture, placing
one marshmallow in the center of each.
Roll in corn flakes.
Bake in hot oven 375F, for 15 min.
Makes about 10.
These can be fixed ahead and rolled in
corn flakes and heated at the last minute.
