Sweet and Sour Hash Browns


2 (12-oz) pkg. or 1 (24 oz) pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien
salt
pepper
2 tbs. cider vinegar
4 tsp. sugar

Prepare potatoes as labels direct and use
2 tsp. salt and dash pepper.
Remove from heat; add vinegar and sugar
and toss lightly until well mixed. 6 servings.
