Tartar on a Stick


1/2 lb. lean ground sirloin or round steak
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper (parsley)
1/2 tsp. salt
celery sticks
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion

In bowl, combine uncooked ground meat, salt and pepper.
Spread in celery sticks. Top with sliced green onion and parsley.
Cover and chill. 1 cup.
