Tasty Tuna Casserole


1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 (6.5-7 oz) cans tuna, drained
2 tbs. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. Salt
45 min. before: Preheat to 350F.
In greased 1-qt. casserole, with fork,
combine stuffing mix and milk; let stand 5 min.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Serves 4.
