Tebie Beazley's Rum Bars


1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. rum extract

Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter.
Pat out on 15 1/2x11" cake pan.
Mix powdered sugar, 2 eggs,
cream cheese, and rum extract.
Spread this mixture on top of cake mixture.
Bake 30-35 min. at 350F.
Cut into bars.
