Tipsies


6 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon
1/4 tsp. water
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate chips and corn syrup
in top of double boiler.
Add all the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well. Let stand 30 minutes.
Form into small balls (one inch).
Roll in powdered sugar.
Let ripen in covered container
at least 3 to 5 days.
