Toasted Bananas

1 large banana
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 flour tortillas
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 c. milk
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°.
Peel banana and cut lengthwise in half.
Coat banana in lemon juice, to prevent browning.
Place each slice at the end of the tortillas.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Sprinkle sugar mixture over bananas,
reserving some for later.
Carefully, roll and secure with toothpick.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with
remaining sugar mixture on top.
Place on well greased baking dish and
bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
If desired, serve with chocolate sauce.
