Tomato and Basil Sandwiches


1/3 C. sun dried tomatoes
2 Tbs. walnuts, chopped
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. FRESH basil leaves, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
white bread, crusts removed

Chop tomatoes and place all ingredients in a blender.
Pulse until combined but not soupy.
Spread mixture on buttered bread and cut into four triangles.
