Tropical Smoothie


1 ripe mango peeled, pitted and diced
1 medium ripe papaya, peeled and diced
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1 banana, peeled and diced
1 cup lowfat plain or vanilla yogurt

Combine fruits in blender. Add yogurt and blend till thick.
May add powdered cloves before serving for a more exotic flavor.
You can make smoothie thinner by using one half cup lowfat milk
and a half cup yogurt.

You can use other fruits in various proportions,
and just adjust quantity of liquid.
You can also smoothen mix with addition of crushed ice.
