Tuna Canape Spread


1 (6 1/2-7 oz) can tuna in vegetable oil
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 tbs. mayonnaise
1 tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbs. minced onion

Combine tuna, celery and onion.
Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice,
and worcestershire sauce; add to tuna mixture.
Toss lightly.
Yield: 16 canapes.
