Tuna Macaroni Salad


1 (16 oz) box shell macaroni
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 (12.5 oz) can water-packed tuna, drained
1/2 c. EACH: milk, mayonnaise
3 tomatoes, sliced

In a large saucepan, cook macaroni according
to package directions Drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, onion,
green pepper, celery and cucumber.
Add tuna, milk and mayonnaise.
Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Just before serving, garnish with tomatoes.
Makes 10-12 servings.
