1 (8") french roll or half a french baguette 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 c. chopped leaf lettuce 1 (3 1/4 oz) can water-pack tuna 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced 6 thin slices cucumber 1 small tomato, cored, halved vertically, then sliced 1 thin slice red onion, separated into rings 4 salt-cured olives, pitted salt and pepper
Cut bread in half lengthwise, scoop out insides, leaving 1" shell.
