Tuna Skillet


1 c. cream of celery soup or Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/3 c. water
1 pkg. (9 oz) frozen cut green beans
pimento strips
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
2 c. (7 oz each) tuna, drained and coarsley flaked

Combine soup, water, green beans, onion,
and garlic salt in a large skillet.
Cover and bring to a boil. Stir in rice and tuna.
Cover; simmer 10 min. or until most of liquid is absorbed.
Garnish with pimento. Serves 4.
