Tyler Pudding Pie


3/4 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tbs. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 unbaked 9" pie crusts

preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, beat together butter and
sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs.
In a small bowl, blend flour with milk;
add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla.
Pour filing into 2 pie crusts and
bake at 350F until filling is set
and is lightly browned, about 60-70 min.
Makes 2 pies, 8 servings each.
