Vanilla Wafer Cake


2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
6 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 (12 oz.) box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar

Cream butter and sugar together.
Beat in one egg at a time.
Fold in crushed wafers.
Add nuts and coconut.
Bake 1 1/2 hrs. at 325°.
Cook in tube pan.
DON'T USE FRESH COCONUT.
