Vidalia Deep Dish

2 c. rice, cooked in 2 c. water, drained, and set aside 1 1/2 to 2 Vidalia onions, chopped 1/2 c. butter 2 TBS. fresh minced parsley 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 c. grated Swiss cheese 1 c. whipping cream paprika
Melt butter, add onions, and cook 15 minutes. Stir in rice.
