VIENNA Pastry

1/2 c. EACH: cream cheese, butter
1 c. flour sifted with 1/4 tsp. salt
Blend together cheese and butter.
Work in flour and salt.
Dough will be soft.
Lightly flour pan, NO GREASE.
Make 1" balls. Place on pan
and chill a few hours or overnight.
Then roll them out thinly.
Place 1 tsp. jam and chopped nuts;
fold over; press edges together.
Bake in 350F oven about 15 min.,
until nicely brown.
Makes 20 little turnovers.
