West End Party Pie


1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
2/3 c. sherry
12 large bakery macaroons

Crumble macaroons and combine with sherry.
Allow macaroons to absorb sherry.
Mix well with softened ice cream
and pour into 2 baked pastry shells.
Freeze.
Slice and serve when needed.
Yield: 2 pies or 12 servings.
