Westmoreland Club Eggnog


36 eggs, whites and yolks beaten separately
36 tbs. powdered sugar
36 wine glasses French brandy
2 wine glasses rum
18 wine glasses pure cream

Add powdered sugar to beaten egg yolks
and beat well. Beat in slowly the brandy,
rum and then the cream.
Lastly, add the beaten egg whites.
Serve very cold. Serves 75.

(A wine glass is equivalent to 1/4 c.)
