Christmas Corn


2 (16-oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (4 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 (4 oz) can whole mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan;
cook over medium heat until mixture
is thoroughly heated.
Serve corn with a slotted spoon.
Yield: 8 servings.
