Zabaglione

Beat 4 egg yolks until light and lemon-colored. Gradually add 4 tbs. of sugar, beating constantly. Add 1/3 c. Marsala wine and beat thoroughly. Place in top of double boiler and cook over hot, not boiling, water until thick, beating constantly. Pour into dessert dishes. Serve warm alone or as a sauce over fruit. Serves 4.
