Zesty Onion Bread


long french loaf
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tbs. chopped parsley
2 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs. onion flakes

30 min. before: cut loaf into 1" slices.
In small bowl, mix 1/4 c. butter, cheese, etc.
Spread mixture on both sides of bread slices,
reassemble loaf and wrap in foil.
Heat over hot coals 15-20 min.
Serves 6.
